Engagement dividend

Shareholders with the right to attend the Meeting will receive €0.005 (gross) per share if the shareholders at this Meeting approve the payment of this financial incentive, which will be subject to the quorum for the General Shareholders’ Meeting reaching or exceeding 70% of the share capital.

Shareholders participating through the Participation Portal or the telephone channel were able to enter the draw for 50 electric bicycles (30 already announced and a further 20 drawn daily between 20 and 29 May).

All shareholders who took part in the General Meeting (by granting a proxy, casting an absentee vote or attending) can download a receipt to confirm that their shares or voting instructions have been properly recorded.
